These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company SARL IE2C with a capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at 155 avenue du Dirigeable, 13400 Aubagne, France, registered with the Trade Register of MARSEILLE under number 793 169 947, and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website https://www.exalto-professional-shop.com/fr/.
Anyone visiting the site can consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website. These General Terms and Conditions may be subject to modifications; the applicable conditions are those in force on the website at the time of placing your order.

1. Contract and Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between SARL IE2C and the buyer, as well as the applicable conditions to any purchase made via the online store https://www.exalto-professional-shop.com/fr/, whether the buyer is a professional or an individual.

2. Order
To place an order, the buyer must follow the instructions on the website. Before validating the order, a summary displays all the selected products. By confirming the order, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by SARL IE2C serves as proof of all transactions made between SARL IE2C and its customers, and only this data is valid in the event of a dispute.
SARL IE2C will confirm the receipt of the order via an automatic email. Ownership of the products is transferred once full payment has been received. SARL IE2C reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer deemed financially insolvent or with an ongoing dispute related to a previous order.
Information provided by the buyer at the time of ordering is binding. In the event of an error in the recipient’s details, the seller cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues.
To order products on the site, the customer must request the creation of a client account unless they already have one. The buyer must provide truthful and accurate information and notify SARL IE2C of any updates.
To log in, the buyer must use their email address and a confidential password.

Return Procedure for Mannequin Heads
If the received product does not meet your expectations, you must return it at your own expense within 14 days. Upon receipt, an assessment will be carried out within 15 days. A suitable response will be provided.
If the product has been used (application of products, cutting, coloring, etc.), no refund can be issued. Once used, SARL IE2C is no longer responsible for the quality of the product, as it becomes impossible to determine whether the issue is due to the original quality or the buyer’s usage.
In case of misuse of the product, no exchange or refund can be processed.

3. Products and Stock
Photos illustrating the products are not contractually binding. If errors occur, SARL IE2C cannot be held liable. The seller reserves the right to modify products at any time and to change available models without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms
The price billed to the customer is the one shown in the order confirmation sent by SARL IE2C. Product ownership transfers only upon full payment. Until then, items remain the property of SARL IE2C.
SARL IE2C reserves the right to change its prices without notice.
Payments can be made using various methods (Payplug (credit card), Paypal). Card payments are charged immediately after order confirmation. Accepted cards include CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Bancontact.
Online payments are secured via the 3D Secure system. SARL IE2C uses Payplug and Paypal secure systems. Orders are only considered final after payment approval from Payplug or Paypal. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled, and the customer notified by email. SARL IE2C may refuse orders from customers with unresolved disputes.
No payment by check or wire transfer is accepted.

5. Delivery Terms
Delivery within the European Union is handled by GLS, UPS, or Chronopost, depending on your selection. The following countries are serviced only by UPS: USA, Albania, Algeria, Morocco, Switzerland, UK, Australia, Bosnia, Canada, Cyprus, Lebanon, Montenegro, Malta, Mexico, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey.
Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim compensation.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties will be collected by UPS upon package arrival. If not paid, the parcel will not be delivered. SARL IE2C cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be made if customs fees are unpaid. SARL IE2C does not know in advance the amount of these fees.
Chrono Relais delivery is free except for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and Turkey.
Chrono Relais delivery time: 3 to 8 working days.
In France, express delivery is handled by Chronopost. Delivery times in France are 3 to 8 working days after order confirmation. For delivery times outside France, refer to the “shipping costs guide” on the product page.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be shipped the next working day.
Shipping is free for EU countries on orders over €220 incl. VAT (excluding pro pricing).
For relay point deliveries, the maximum weight per package is 30 kg. Upon arrival at the relay point, the recipient will be notified by email. The parcel remains available for 8 days. If not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. Reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer. A valid ID and tracking number are required for collection. If collected by a third party, a written authorization, the recipient’s ID (or Kbis for a legal entity), and the third party’s ID must be presented.
All shipments are at the recipient’s risk. In case of partial loss or non-receipt despite delivery confirmation, the recipient must file a detailed and signed report of the loss or damage upon delivery. Claims must be sent by email within 48 hours of delivery and include: customer name and order reference, parcel number, invoice, sworn statement of non-insurance, and a non-possession statement in case of loss, delivery error, or signature dispute.
Otherwise, even if reservations were made on the delivery slip, our liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund of the faulty goods.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee (Right of Withdrawal)
All products sold on www.exalto-professionnel.fr are covered by a “satisfied or refunded” policy for 14 days from delivery, in accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

This right of withdrawal is void if the products have clearly been used for an extended period (beyond a few minutes). Products must be returned in their original condition, protected, in original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged or soiled), and with all accessories.
Any package lacking sender identification (name, address, order number) will not be accepted.
Returned products will be fully refunded, including all amounts paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
